Korean food is one of the most famous Asian foods. Many people choose to go to Korean to have holiday, not only for the famous stars or beautiful clothes, but also for the delicious food. The most popular Korean foods are hot-pot, Bulgogi and spicy rice cake. Many foreigners like Bulgogi, because it made by fresh beef and the taste of this is a little bit sweet. In addition, hot-pot has many choices such as meat, seafood or vegetable. Hot pot always tastes spicy, but the staff of the restaurant will adjust the level of spicy. Furthermore, Kimbap is a must at any Korean picnic. Traditional versions use Bulgogi meat, assorted vegetables and omelette. The rice is seasoned with sesame oil and salt rather than vinegar and sugar. There is no need for dipping sauce as everything is properly seasoned to create that perfect well-balanced bite. While the majority of kimchi is left to ferment for months and possibly years, this recipe is a notable exception as it can be eaten right away. It’s briefly dipped in salt and sometimes drizzled with sesame oil at the end of cooking.
